What can I expect from the event? This is a walkthrough experience across multiple spaces, featuring a combination of projection content, vehicle displays and interactive activations.

How long does the experience last? For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 45-60 min at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? Pre-packaged snacks and drinks will be available at the shop.
Is there parking available? Parking is available onsite and in adjacent parking lots.
Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality? This experience does not have virtual reality.
Is there a dress code? No, but we encourage you to wear your Mustang fan gear.
Will there be merchandise for sale? Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.
Who can ride the Seated 4D attraction? The experience may not be appropriate for people who may be pregnant, have heart, back, head, leg, or neck conditions, or other physical limitations, or those who may have reactions to scents, fog, or strobe lighting effects.

About tickets

Where can I get tickets? In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store On the Fever website
Can I purchase tickets at the door? We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.

No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.

Can I make a group booking? If you would like to book for a large group, please fill out this form with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

About access to the event

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? Admission after showtime is not permitted. It is recommended to arrive 30 minutes before the show begins.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event's location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible? This is an accessible venue.
Do you offer carer tickets?

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us at operations@imagineexhibitions.com 

Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based in availability). Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.

Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people? The hearing impaired will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.
Will there be strobe lights? This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.
Will restrooms be available on site? This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found? We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out at bharris@ignitetheidea.com
Is coat check available? Unfortunately, this venue does not offer a coat check.
Is there an age requirement? All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for prams/strollers.
Will there be an audio guide? Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
